Cori Carlson
Founder, Fire Resilience Consultant, Holistic Land Manager
Cori Carlson is a wildfire resilience and land management consultant based in Napa Valley, California. As founder of CA Fire Solutions, she helps landowners, vineyards, and agencies build long-term fire and ecological resilience through science, strategy, and stewardship.
A fifth-generation Californian farmer, Cori brings a deep connection to the land and a lifetime of experience balancing production, ecology, and wildfire awareness. With a background in fire service, livestock-based fuel management, and ecological restoration, she bridges the gap between traditional fire mitigation and regenerative land care.
Cori holds degrees in Animal Science (Cal Poly, SLO) and Nursing Leadership (Sonoma State), with certifications in wildland firefighting, holistic management, and disaster preparedness. She is passionate about helping properties not only withstand wildfire but also recover and thrive in balance with their natural environment.

CASEY CARLSON
PROJECT MANAGMENT & GRAZING OPERATIONS
Casey Carlson is the Operations Manager for Napa Pasture Protein, overseeing contract sheep and goat grazing projects across Northern California. A graduate of California State University, Chico, with a degree in Construction Management, Casey brings a background in large-scale construction and project coordination to the world of land stewardship and fuel mitigation.
At Napa Pasture Protein, Casey manages the company’s grazing logistics, fencing systems, and vegetation control operations, ensuring each project runs safely, efficiently, and in alignment with ecological goals. His blend of technical precision and practical land management experience supports the company’s mission to reduce wildfire risk while promoting healthy, resilient landscapes throughout California.
